Executive Sous Chef Having spent most of his career in fine dining establishments, Tom knows a thing or two about good food and service. After receiving his BA of Science in Marketing from Jacksonville University, this Florida boy followed the scent of our blossoming food culture in Atlanta and promptly headed north. Following his dream, Tom graduated Summa Cum Laude from Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in Occupational Sciences in Culinary Arts in 2012. He then spent the next 6 years working at high end Atlanta restaurants, including several Concentrics restaurants, as well as other catering companies, learning and sharing his talents. He even had an opportunity to travel the world with a software company, which further inspired his passion for international cuisine. His culinary experiences could not have been more perfect for his role as Executive Sous Chef here at A Divine Event. “Working with a food forward company that has a high customer service standard is exactly what I hoped to find here, and I have.”
